Code of Conduct

The principles we follow in every project, partnership and training program.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Purpose

This Code of Conduct sets out the standards that guide how AZNEXT LLC, its employees and the people working on our behalf do business. It applies to our work with customers, vendors, partners, students, instructors and each other.

Integrity and honesty

We are honest about what we can deliver. Our proposals, specifications and reports are accurate, and we do not overstate capabilities, certifications or results. When we make a mistake, we say so and fix it.

No bribery or corruption

We do not offer, give, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or any improper payment or advantage, directly or through others. Gifts and hospitality must be modest, infrequent and never intended to influence a business decision. We comply with the anti-corruption laws of Azerbaijan and the requirements of our vendors.

Fair competition and procurement

We win business on the merits of our solutions, service and price. We respect competition law and the rules of public and private tenders, and we do not exchange confidential bidding information or agree prices with competitors.

Conflicts of interest

Employees avoid situations where personal interests could conflict with those of AZNEXT or our customers. Any potential conflict, for example a family or financial relationship with a customer or supplier, must be disclosed so it can be managed openly.

Confidentiality and data protection

We protect the confidential information our customers and partners share with us, including network designs, credentials, security configurations and business plans. We use it only for the agreed work and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Where a customer prefers not to be named, we respect that in our references and marketing.

Responsible sourcing and compliance

We supply equipment and software through official vendor channels and follow vendor partner programs, licensing terms and certification rules. We comply with applicable export control and sanctions regulations and do not supply products where this would breach them.

Health and safety

On customer sites, our engineers follow the site’s safety rules and good installation practice: safe work at height, correct electrical and cabling work, and tidy, secure workplaces. Anyone can stop work if they believe it is unsafe.

Respect and equal treatment

We treat colleagues, customers, students and partners with respect. We do not tolerate harassment, bullying or discrimination on any grounds, and we make decisions about hiring, training and promotion based on skills and performance.

Responsibility in education

As an Academy Support Center and Instructor Training Center of the Cisco Networking Academy, we support fair and transparent learning. We expect honesty in assessments and certification, and we provide academies, instructors and students with accurate information about courses and programs.

Environment

We aim to reduce the environmental impact of our work by recommending energy-efficient equipment, planning installations to last, and handling packaging and electronic waste responsibly.

Raising concerns

If you see behavior that may break this Code or the law, please tell us at office@aznext.az. We review every report seriously and confidentially, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
