Who we are

This website is operated by AZNEXT LLC, an IT and system integration company in Azerbaijan (“AZNEXT”, “we”, “us”). AZNEXT is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

We collect only the data you choose to give us and the minimum technical data needed to run the website:

• Quote and contact requests: your name, company, email address, phone number, the solution and request type you select, and the description of your project.
• Email and WhatsApp messages you send us, including your contact details and the content of your message.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, which our hosting provider records in standard server logs for security and reliability.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and please do not include it in your messages.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• reply to your request and prepare quotes, proposals and site surveys;
• deliver, support and invoice projects agreed with you or your organization;
• keep the website secure and working properly;
• meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Legal basis

We process personal data in line with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data” and other applicable legislation. We rely on your consent when you send us a request, on the need to take steps before or under a contract with you or your organization, on our legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Who we share data with

We share personal data only when it is needed for the purposes above:

• Technology vendors and distributors, when a quote or project requires it, for example to register a project or arrange warranty and support. We share only what is needed.
• Service providers that host the website and our email, acting on our instructions.
• Public authorities, when the law requires us to.

Training registration on netacad.az and the Cisco Networking Academy platform is covered by the privacy terms of those services.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To display text correctly, pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with them. Links to WhatsApp, netacad.az and vendor websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How long we keep data

We keep request and correspondence data for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, and afterwards for the periods required by accounting, tax and other legislation. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

How we protect data

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold your personal data and give you a copy;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• delete your data or restrict how we use it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

To make a request, write to office@aznext.az. We may ask you to confirm your identity. You also have the right to contact the competent state authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
